Internship Program
The Summer Internship Program is undertaken after the second semester of the program and is faculty-supervised. The duration of the program is around three months. The Summer Internship Program equips the students with practical application skills relevant to various situations. It is an attempt to bridge the gap between the professional world and the academic institutions.
IBS Dehradun
The Summer Internship Program is meant to bridge the gap between real-life business and academics. All the students of the MBA program are required to undergo the SIP for 14 weeks between close of second semester and commencement of third semester. The SIP sensitizes the student to the nuances of a work place by assigning time-bound projects in a company and provides students with opportunities to apply the concepts learnt in the classroom to the real-life situations. Summer Internship carries a weight age of 18 credit units.
