Placements at ICFAI University, Dehradun
The placement team looks after the placement activities on a full-time and continuous basis. Staffed by senior professionals and placement executives, the placement team initiates and maintains the University-Industry dialogue and manages the summer internship program and final placement activities. The team evaluates student performance levels and ensures relevant preparation for their corporate placements. Working both at the supply and demand sides of the placement, the team plays the vital intermediary role of matching academic excellence and industry expectations.
A Joint Effort
Placement is a joint exercise between the University and the students. While the University provides guidance and support and network with potential employers, the students have the responsibility to put in the maximum possible efforts to obtain suitable placements.
Having established a loyal network with the organizations for the last twelve years, IcfaiTech Dehradun witnesses some repetitive recruiters that show a deep faith in the IcfaiTech students which include companies like Mindfire Solutions, Nihilent Technologies, tBits Global among others.
The class of 2014 also saw a handsome number of campus placements. Recent recruiters are Nihilent Technologies, Cognizant, Vasantha Tools, EHPL, TCS, IDEXCEL, Precision Engineering, Cease Fire, Semantic Space Technology etc. Overall, more than 35 companies recruited IcfaiTech, Dehradun students this year.
