ABOUT THE Program
The two year MBA Program prepares the students with the knowledge, skills and strategic perspectives essential to business leadership and a managerial career.
Bachelor’s degree from any discipline with 50% and above marks (English medium). Final year degree students awaiting results are also eligible.
Students who successfully complete the MBA Program will be awarded the Master of Business Administration degree by The ICFAI University, Dehradun subject to University regulations.
The program comprises of 29 courses (of which 21 are compulsory courses and 8 are elective courses), and a summer internship program. These courses are spread over four semesters.
The students are encouraged to choose eight courses from elective streams namely, Marketing, HRM, Finance and Operations. Students will have the flexibility in choosing more than one course from these elective streams.
Students will also have the facility for dual specialization. Elective courses will be offered subject to a minimum number of 10-15 students enrolling for a particular elective.

The Admission modalities are with reference to the campus-based full-time programs offered by the ICFAI University, Dehradun (IUD).
Pass in Bachelor Degree in Law with 55% and above aggregate marks (OR) Pass in Integrated 5 year Degree program in Law with 55% and above aggregate marks
Note: Applicants in their final year of Qualifying Examinations can also apply for all programs.
The admission into the programs is on the basis of Merit, through Application and Interview / Admission Test (for B.Tech Programs and Ph.D only). While evaluating students for admission, due weightage is also given to their academic distinctions, awards in sports/cultural events, debates, quizzes and other extra-curricular activities.
Original certificates of educational credentials and domicile status certificate should be produced for verification at the time of payment of first semester fee. The original certificates will be returned after verification.
The admission decision will be communicated after the interview process.

Applicants can apply online by filling up the Application Form available at www.iudehradun.edu.in and make payment of Rs. 500 towards the cost using Credit / Debit Card (Visa / Master Card / Internet Banking) through secure internet payment gateway. Applicants applying online should upload their passport size color photograph while filling the Online Application. The Prospectus will be sent to such applicants

Applicants can fill their details online and download the Application Form from www.iudehradun.edu.in and send it to theAdmissions Office along with the Demand Draft of Rs. 500 towards the cost of the application in favor of “The ICFAI University, Dehradun - Fee Collection A/c” .payable at Dehradun.

Guidelines to complete the Application Form
The applicants are advised to read the guidelines carefully before completing the Application Form for Admission.

- Fill the Application Form in Capital Letters
- Provide all the available information under appropriate sections.
- Make sure to sign the Application Form.
- Retain a photocopy of the completed Application Form.
Attested Copies of Certificates
Applicants are required to enclose self attested copies of the following certificates.
- Date of Birth Certificate / Class X Certificate.
- Mark Sheets of Class X, XII, Degree, Diploma (as may be applicable).
- Domicile Certificate (if applicable).
- Any other certificates pertaining to academic and other activities.

All students are required to pay the caution deposit along with the first semester fee. The caution deposit will be refunded without interest and after adjusting for dues, if any, to the students on completion of the respective program.

The ICFAI University, Dehradun (IUD) offers merit scholarships to students pursuing the UG & PG programs. These scholarships are based on past academic recored and semester-wise performance.
A. Merit Scholarships based on past academic record:
Percentage of marks achieved in Class XII (or equivalent) for UG programs and graduation for PG programs will decide the amount of scholarship. The scholarship amount is equally distributed across all the semesters. Scholarship will continue semester after semester only on maintaining a minimum 6.0 GPA in the previous semester. The details are presented in the following table:

B. Merit Scholarships based on Semester-wise Performance:
Up to 10% of the students of the batch will be awarded merit scholarships in addition to the scholarship based on the past academic record. The details given below:

The ICFAI University, Dehradun, Uttarakhand is included in the list of universities maintained by the University Grants Commission (UGC) under Section 2(f) of the UGC Act, 1956, vide their letter No. F.9-26/2003 (CPP-I) dated July 22, 2005
